AirLiner is available in a variety of configurations. Choose from one of our standard sizes or customize your own AirLiner (minimums apply). It's easy to determine which AirLiner is right for you -- Just follow these simple steps:

A. Choose your size.
There are many different sizes of AirLiner to choose from. Determine which ID (inner dimension) is closet to your current shipping container, OR, determine the OD (outer dimension) of the product that you are shipping. You can match that with the ID of the AirLiner. Keep in mind you?ll need to allow room for your refrigerant, as well. 		B. Choose your insulation configuration.
With most AirLiner sizes, there are three thickness options: 1-baffle, 2-baffle and 4-baffle. The 2-baffle is designed for overnight shipments where temperature control is mildly critical. The 4-baffle is designed for shipments with a high dollar value, a wide range of temperatures and longer shipping times.

C. Choose your closure.
AirLiner is currently offered with an adhesive tape closure, Velcro closure, and on select sizes, a fold over closure. For normal shipments, tape on one-side of the AirLiner is typical. When packing in wet environments, a two sided tape closure is recommended. Velcro is an excellent option when the AirLiner will be opened several times after the original packing. The fold-over closure is designed for extra quick packing when leakage is not a concern.
