Anne Arline joined the Coldpack (formerly Cargo Technology, Inc.) team in September of 2004. After spending almost three years in the San Diego office as the Inside Sales / Customer Service Manager, her responsibilities have changed to head sales management for the Midwest. Her goal is still to provide helpful information in all sales, marketing and customer service aspects, while fostering strong customer relationships and new sales growth.

Before signing on with Cargotech, Anne began her career on the east coast. She has worked in radio, soybean oil sales and property management.

Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. She currently resides in the Columbus, OH area with her husband and three children.

Arnaud joined Coldpack early 2007, after almost ten years in the services and project management industry where he held various management and business development roles. Arnaud spent most his time abroad, on business or leisure trips. He lived for three years in The Netherlands, four years in the UK and spent quite a while in Spain.

When he's not in the office, you will find him running in the park next door as he is a finisher at New York, London and Firenze marathons.

BA in Economics & Management achieved at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) during an exchange program in partnership with the University of Paris Dauphine.

Internships in sales (Jax Lab, Energie 7 International) and consulting (Capgemini) gave Stanislas the basic professional skills before joining CPS.

Away from work, don't look for him; he'll be on the road somewhere between Asia or Latin America. He is also the drummer of a musical band.



Alice Duong joined the Coldpack team in May of 2006. Her primary responsibilities are product design and overall quality control.

Alice brings with her two years of Research and Development experience with an emphasis in the design and building of equipment.

Originally from Marseille, France, Alice lived in Northern California before settling in San Diego. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California San Diego.



Sean Kelley joined the Coldpack team in January of 2005. He brought with him 18 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with an emphasis in electrical and mechanical repair. As the Plant Manager, Seans focus is to oversee all maintenance and manufacturing activities.

Originally from Ohio, Sean has lived all over the country with his wife and two sons. He and his family are happy to call San Diego, home.

José joined the start-up team of Coldpack right after his studies at HEC, where he had the opportunity to work for the founder as a consultant whilst finishing his degree. Trained engineer José had the opportunity to travel a lot, mostly doing internship for French blue chips. He did so for technical positions (Michelin Tires, in Greenville, SC), and sales positions (ARKEMA, chemical subs of the TOTAL petroleum company). Away from work, José leads a rugby football club (Paris Olympique Rugby Club, PORC), as player, ref and president.



Donna McCann joined the Coldpack (formerly Cargo Technology, Inc.) team in June of 2003 as a staff Accountant. She currently manages all aspects of the accounting and finance departments.

Donna graduated in May of 2003 from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.



David McKinney started Cargotech in the year 2000 and effectively completed AirLiner development by transforming the original design concepts into an industrial reality. McKinney is currently the CEO of Coldpack, USA having successfully negotiated the sales of Cargotech to CPS in December of 2005.

He shares over twenty years of converting expertise with customers, offering critical insight on the proper usage of AirLiner on an individual basis. Prior to Cargotech, McKinney was the Director of Operations for ITW Holographic & Specialty Films in Connecticut. He successfully helped manage the turn-around of this $15 million dollar film converting facility, bringing it from a loss position to profitability and ultimately to the sale to a leading industrial products conglomerate. Before ITW, McKinney was the Technical Director at Camvac in Tennessee, responsible for all Research and Development and QC. McKinney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Jean-Patrice created Coldpack in 2003, following the successful launch in 1999 of Natoora.fr, the first and only website dedicated to fresh food and gourmet products distribution nationwide.

Prior to Jean-Patrice entrepreneurship he held various management roles in the catering industry. He was in office at Servair as Director of International Affairs. He worked as special advisor at the Paris Chamber of Commerce.

When he has a spare minute in his diary you might find him in the countryside blowing the hunting horn (Trompe de Chasse) with his friends. Jean-Patrice has 2 children.



Karen Schmarje joined the Coldpack team in May of 2006. As Customer Service Coordinator, her goal is to provide exemplary customer service.

Before joining the Cold Pack System team, Karen began her career in customer service in the Midwest. She brought with her several years of experience in both the public and non-profit sector.
